Kaitlyn Cassidy is a native Delawarean serving as a Realtor in New Castle, Kent, and Sussex Counties. Kaitlyn is known for her dedication, local expertise, and client-first approach. She spends the majority of her day-to-day working with clients at The Garman Group in Trolley Square. Kaitlyn simultaneously manages a portfolio of student rentals in Newark, DE. It’s here where she has honed her craft in rentals, investment properties, and helping clients make confident real estate decisions. A graduate of Padua Academy, Kaitlyn earned her Bachelors in Marketing from the University of Delaware. Before obtaining her real estate license, she gained valuable experience working for local family-owned businesses, including Platinum Dining Group, Schlosser & Associates Mechanical Contracting, and Wilkinson Homes. These early experiences instilled in her the importance of integrity, trust, and treating every client like family—values that continue to guide her real estate career today. Having lived in both Chester County, PA, and New Castle County, DE, Kaitlyn offers her clients a deep understanding of the region’s communities, market trends, and lifestyle opportunities. She now resides in the Pike Creek Valley with her fiancé, Justin, and their two tuxedo cats.
