"We recently sold our home and purchased a new one with the help of Katie in the spring of 2024. Overall, we found Katie to be extremely proactive in pursuing our best interests on both the buyers side and the sellers side. We especially appreciate how she was able to connect us with other trustworthy, local professionals (i.e. photographers, lawyers, mortgage brokers, and home inspectors) that helped the process go quickly and smoothly on both sides. With Katie's help, our home was competently staged, beautifully photographed, and competitively priced. We had a busy open house and a very healthy number of offers in just one weekend. As sellers, we were very concerned about the transition from old home to new home. Katie worked out a post-possession agreement that ensured we could sell our house quickly without vacating it right after closing.
