About Kaity

Kaity is a Bay Area native and has lived here for over 30 years. Her deep love for community is inherent in everything she does.

Kaity brings unique first-hand knowledge and experience of the entire Lamorinda, Pleasant Hill, and Walnut Creek real estate market. Working alongside a dynamic team of leading Lamorinda Real Estate experts, Kaity prides herself on providing top-notch customer service while handling all aspects of the real estate process from home preparation, marketing strategies, transaction process, to closing.

Kaity is also well versed on all remodeling and contracting phases from concept to completion. She brings a vast understanding of design, construction, permitting, inspections and delivery.

Kaity graduated from California State University East Bay with a degree in Public Health. Kaity’s educational background helped develop her strong sense of community, ethical values, and fair-minded approach to problem solving. She believes integrity, transparency, and patience are the backbone to every strategy.

Kaity currently lives in the Bay Area with her husband. In her free time, she enjoys home renovation projects, backyard BBQ’s with family, and exploring the endless hiking trails the Bay Area has to offer with her dog, Gigi.
