Kaitlynn Milone is a seasoned expert in the Greater Boston luxury real estate market. While she has successfully managed transactions within the city, her expertise extends throughout the Greater Boston area, allowing her to cater to a diverse range of clients and properties. Her recent achievements include spearheading the launch of The Parker in the Theatre District and facilitating $32 million in sales at The Quinn in the South End.

Hard working, patient, and detail/solution-oriented, Kaitlynn has a deep knowledge of the Metro Boston marketplace, as well as the outlying communities north and west of the city. In addition to new development, she specializes in helping clients make the move from the city to the suburbs - and the reverse! - and transitions seamlessly between representing buyers and sellers. Originally from Hawaii, Kaitlynn has made Massachusetts her home. She graduated from Suffolk University with a degree in management and now resides in Andover. In her free time, she plays tennis, runs, and spends time outdoors with her husband, children, and black lab.
