Kaitrin Simkin

Dedicated to ensuring that her clients feel their best, Kaitrin brings a heartfelt commitment to her work in real estate. Known for her enthusiasm, she approaches her work as a relentless problem solver, providing a high level of service and meticulous attention to detail as she guides clients through the exciting, and occasionally challenging, process of buying a home.

Having previously built a successful business in luxury beauty working alongside Frederic Fekkai and Sally Hershberger, Kaitrin developed a deep understanding of the intersection of style, sophistication, and service, which she now applies to her longtime passion of real estate.

In 2016, after many years in Los Feliz, Kaitrin rode the wave of the east side migration, ultimately landing in the foothills of the Verdugo Mountains. As a long time east-sider, she sees tremendous opportunity in the neighborhoods just beyond the city proper.

When not working with clients, Kaitrin spends her time with her husband Eric and their daughter Nora. It’s not unusual to find them strolling through Descanso Gardens or scouring the Rose Bowl flea market in search of antique furniture and vintage posters.
