About Kaity
Kaity Gonzalez is the Team Coordinator for Mosaic RE Group at Compass, where every real estate journey feels like creating a work of art. Since becoming a licensed REALTOR® in 2022, she has been part of more than 25 transactions a year - each one a unique piece of the bigger mosaic that makes up her clients’ stories.
Real estate can feel overwhelming at times, but that’s where Kaity thrives. She brings calm and clarity to the chaos - anticipating needs, solving problems before they appear, and turning what could feel stressful into something seamless, even enjoyable. There’s nothing she loves more than hearing a client say, “That was easier than I expected.” That’s the kind of experience she strives to create with every transaction.
At Mosaic RE, Kaity blends structure and creativity - making sure every detail clicks perfectly into place from first contact to close. With the support of Compass’s innovative tools and the Mosaic team’s collaborative energy, she helps transform the process into something intentional, elevated, and even a little bit magical. Her team refers to her as The Wizard, and she embraces that title wholeheartedly.
When she’s not working, you’ll find Kaity traveling, playing volleyball, or hosting game nights with friends. She also loves a good home project - she rarely goes long without one. And if she has free time, there’s a good chance it’s been scheduled in advance.
