As a full-time Realtor with the Gretchen and Elly Group, Kaki Miller Phillips has quickly hit her stride in the Dallas real estate industry, selling over $75M individually in the Dallas area in just over six years in the business. With proven success for her buyers and sellers alike, she has emerged as a top agent in the area.

Kaki considers loyalty to be a currency, and she translates that bedrock value to her clients by serving as their number one advocate in their real estate transactions from start to finish and beyond. Her diligence in pursuing the task at hand is second to none- when a client seeks action, they will receive it from Kaki. As a 5th generation Dallasite, Kaki has first-hand knowledge and expertise in many of Dallas’ most popular and sought after neighborhoods. She understands the character of the city, and is passionate about constantly exploring all that Dallas has to offer to best serve her clients.  She currently lives in the Bluffview area, and has called the Park Cities, Greenway Parks, Preston Hollow, East Dallas and Devonshire home at different stages of her time in Dallas - making her a true Dallas neighborhood expert.

In her free time, Kaki enjoys spending time with her husband Payton and little girl CC, playing tennis and pickle ball, cheering for the Texas Longhorns, and volunteering with various organizations around Dallas. She is a Providence Christian School and Episcopal School of Dallas alumnus, and recently served on the ESD Alumni Board.
