    About Kaleb

    Kaleb Haney began his real estate career in South Florida in 2022, specializing in new construction sales for a national homebuilder, where he ranked in the top 10% statewide for new home transactions with many properties being sold off market. He has since worked across South Florida, the San Francisco Bay Area, and San Diego, helping over 125 families purchase new homes and representing more than $80 million in total sales volume.

    Now a member of Armstrong & Associates Team with a combined sales volume of $826M and over 1172 Closed transactions. Kaleb is known for his builder-side expertise, relocation experience, and ability to provide clear, thoughtful guidance to clients navigating the buying and selling process. Outside of real estate, he enjoys traveling and spending time outdoors, including surfing and hiking throughout Southern California.
