Kaori's sense of professionalism was shaped by the 11 years she spent on the precious metals trading desk of one of the most prestigious global trading houses. She prides herself on her speed, efficiency, accuracy, responsiveness and organization. Born and raised in Tokyo, Kaori's interest in the wider world led her to study international relations at the Tokyo University of Foreign Studies.

Kaori has lived on the east side of Manhattan since 2005 where she is raising three kids with her husband. She has developed an exquisite knowledge of New York's cultural and social scene and the city's public and private schools. She has particularly deep connections with the Japanese community, in Japan as well as New York, and loves to use her knowledge and experience to guide clients through the process of New York City real estate transactions.

Kaori leverages all of the resources of the Compass platform to give her clients actionable information and tailored advice. Bringing a singular client-focus to each engagement, she is adept at helping her clients achieve their particular goals in any transaction and she works tirelessly in that effort. When she is not working, Kaori enjoys weight training, scuba diving, skiing, snowboarding and the performing arts.
