Before joining Compass, Kaori spent two decades at the intersection of fashion and art. She founded a multidisciplinary showroom and led an artist agency that collaborated with many of the world’s most respected luxury brands and cultural institutions. That experience refined her sense of style, storytelling, and detail. She now brings those qualities to every client relationship.

Fluent in both Japanese and English, Kaori guides Japanese buyers through New York’s competitive market. Her bicultural background allows her to communicate with empathy and clarity, creating experiences that feel both seamless and strategic.

A proud Brooklyn homeowner, Kaori approaches every interaction with care, curiosity, and integrity. She lives in Brooklyn with her husband, her son, and her two cats, Bleue and Phoebe.
