Karee Rowen

Originally from the Pacific Northwest, Karee landed in sunny Southern California as a freshman at USC. From the moment she arrived, Karee knew she would make her home in SoCal, where she was enchanted with the weather, beautiful scenery and active lifestyle.

With a natural ability for sales and client service, Karee represents buyers and sellers with integrity and care. She has extensive knowledge of the Westside and Beverly Hills areas and the life experiences to understand the nuances and complexities of finding the perfect home. Her thorough understanding and passion for the area makes her a valued resource, and she listens to what her clients want and need.

Karee has bought and sold many residences and understands both the excitement of a new home, as well as the inner difficulties of leaving a current home for something different. She is skilled at guiding clients throughout each transaction to ensure a smooth experience.

Prior to entering real estate, Karee was an award-winning producer in the dynamic world of pharmaceutical sales with Pfizer. Because of her natural skills of organization, work ethic and positive attitude, she was consistently a top producer during her 10-year career.

A graduate of USC with a business degree and a minor in real estate, Karee has been a Pacific Palisades resident for more than 17 years. The mother of three, Karee volunteers at her children’s school and actively participates in all the community events. During her free time, you can find Karee on the beach playing volleyball, snow skiing in the mountains or focusing her mind on her yoga mat.
