Karen Anstead

Karen has enjoyed living and working in the Dallas area since 1985. The people, the cultural activities, the sporting events, and so much more about Dallas life has truly made North Texas her home. Karen is very familiar with the Metroplex and most of the surrounding neighborhoods and is imminently qualified to assist clients with their real estate needs.

Karen's real estate career began ten years ago with Halo Group Realty and she recently joined Compass Texas following the merger of Halo Group with Compass. Karen loves helping clients navigate the sometimes challenging process of buying or selling a home and she is eager to help her clients find the perfect home for their specific needs.and budget. Karen holds a BA degree from the University of Oklahoma and a mini MBA from the Wharton School of Business.

Commercial real estate sales and leasing has been an area that Karen is experienced in and she has helped to facilitate retail leases, such as restaurants, doctors offices, and law offices, as well as the sale of a medical complex, and farm and ranch land in east Texas. Karen earned the Halo Group Realty Commercial Top Producer award multiple times and she has been certified in the luxury home space as well.

Karen's family consists of two grown sons, a daughter-in-law, four grandsons, a sister, and a golden retriever named Zoe. Karen says that her family is her greatest joy. She enjoys giving back to the community and volunteering with various local charities on a regular basis.
