About Karen
Karen Cohen’s twenty-plus years of expertise in real estate are impressive on their own merits yet only a component of her diverse and thriving career. A Miami native and successful entrepreneur for 25 years, Karen began cultivating a particular interest in commercial real estate investment with the Miami Design District’s resurgence and, more recently, redevelopment of the Wynwood Arts District. Karen joins her sophisticated corporate sensibilities and instinct for commercial real estate trends with a passion for the people and the relationships she establishes. Calling upon her lifelong network, Karen—fluent in both English and Spanish—is an especially adept connector of people, places, and ideas. Listening intently to clients’ needs, and responding as only someone with Karen’s depth of knowledge can, produces results.
Karen is energized by the dynamic movement generated by South Florida. Karen earned her bachelor’s degree from Tulane University in communications with a minor in mass media, and holds a master’s degree in mental health counseling. Outside of work, Karen enjoys spending time with her family, traveling, playing tennis, and drinking good coffee. In all aspects of life, Karen is dedicated, tenacious, and hard-working, and ready to advocate for any of your real estate needs.
