"I wish I could give Karen 25 stars, but 5 is the limit on this site. My girlfriend and I had been browsing through listings in the neighborhood knowing that our lease was going to be up in less than a year. [...] I had very little info to offer her about when we'd be ready. While some agents may have heard this and dismissed us as not being serious or a solid opportunity, Karen followed up with us diligently EVERY TIME a unit became available. She remembered exactly what we were looking for and wound up showing us a total of 4 gorgeous apartments over the course of about 4 months. She made sure to always touch base with us. It was never aggressive or pushy, but always extremely helpful and informative. We wound up closing on the fourth apartment she showed us, an AMAZING space that checked every single box on our list. It is literally PERFECT for us. Not only was Karen extremely diligent in providing us info on upcoming openings, she was always so wonderfully pleasant, friendly and honest. If you're in any line of business you know the importance of trust, and I had immediate confidence that Karen was someone I could put my trust in during this process. [...] Her response time was lightning fast, and her ability to answer all of my questions made me confident in her expertise. If there was ever a question she couldn't answer, she did what she had to do to get the answers for us! Karen is a fair negotiator, and I am completely happy with the deal we ultimately agreed on. If there was any wiggle room she could find or extra to throw into the deal, believe me, she found it! She didn't disappear once the deal was done either. She guided us throughout the entire process from start to finish. She chatted on the phone with us (even if we needed her late at night) to walk us through the application process, help us with documents, and to ensure everything went as smoothly as possible (and it did!). I could go on and on about Karen to be honest. She breaks the mold in what it means to be a real estate agent in New York City and is just a down to earth, great human being. I felt that she was less of a salesperson, and more of a trusted consultant for us. Finding your new home in NYC can be a very difficult experience (trust me, I know)...but Karen made this easy and enjoyable. If you're in the market, call her... you won't regret it!!!" - Danny
