"Karen was truly exceptional and professional during every step in our home-buying process. We were making a move from Little Rock, AR, during the pandemic between Feb and June 2020, and it was difficult for me to travel every other week to do house hunting on my own, but Karen made it work out for us in the best way possible. She suggested houses which were fitting our bill and took time to filter out the best possible ones so that we could utilize our time effectively. We ended up in Headwaters just because she was there on that particular day on behalf of us to confirm our decision amidst tough competitors who were ready to book that property on that day. She took time to show the entire house on Facetime which helped us take that decision. She was also very patient in explaining some terms in the documentation and also helped us negotiate with the builders on getting excellent closing benefits. She also suggested getting the final inspection done and made sure all of them were fixed before the day of closing. After a successful 20-year direct sales career with Procter & Gamble, Karen decided to take her sales experience and passion for real estate to serve home buyers and sellers in the Austin and Central Texas Hill Country. As a full-time professional real estate agent who is detail-oriented, she brings the highest level of skill and integrity to each transaction for her clients. Karen has purchased and sold her own investment properties and new construction in Boerne, Wimberley, Dripping Springs, Driftwood, and Austin areas including extensive remodels and can share her experiences and expertise in that field.

Karen and her family had their own little ranch in the Hill Country area of Driftwood so she has a special interest in horse properties and land, along with residential real estate. A year ago, her family completed a new build in the Boerne area to be closer to their AQHA show horses. When she is not showing properties or hosting an open house, you can most likely find her at a AQHA youth show or cheering on her son at a Jujitsu competition. Her daughter was recently recruited from Texas A&M Equestrian to ride for their Horsemanship team in 2024, she is excited about those upcoming meets!
