About Karen
Karen has been a resident of Key Biscayne for the last 30 years. Originally from Westwood, MA, she is a dynamic and passionate real estate professional, who for the last 25 + years has strived to go above and beyond the duties and responsibilities that this career demands.
As a single mom who raised three boys on her own, she understands and advocates for single parents and has helped many of them over the years with their real estate needs.
She was the owner and managing broker of Holmquist Real Estate Services from 2012 to 2020 when she decided to make a bold new change and join Compass with The Abella Group.
