About Karen
Karen is an accomplished and experienced sales and marketing professional. She began her real estate career while living on the Alabama Gulf Coast in 2006. She moved her real estate practice and family to Austin in 2010. Karen was inspired to be a Realtor after assuming the role of contractor when building her family home and realized her love for architecture and real estate. Karen enjoys envisioning what is possible and encouraging her clients to explore their ideas and goals.
Karen believes that real estate is truly about her clients, it is personal. She emphasizes the need for trust, communication and strives to help her clients get the knowledge to empower them in making an educated and informed decision about one of the most significant milestones in their life. Clients come first with Karen. She diligently works to know and understand an individual or family’s needs. It is her desire to assist each client in finding the home in which they will make life’s memories! Karen understands the challenges involved when buying or selling a home and works to make the process as stress-free and seamless as possible. She believes in staying current on trending markets and changing strategies utilizing this knowledge to enhance the negotiating process to her client’s advantage. Whether buying or selling a home, Karen prides herself on providing success driven guidance and support.
When not working, Karen enjoys cooking, traveling, spending time with her kids in their many activities and watching her husband play drums in his current band. Karen and her family embrace all that makes Austin unique, amazing, fun and yes, at times \"Weird.\"
