"Purchasing this home has been so easy because of Karen Ivey’s professionalism, patience, and knowledge. She actually listened to what we wanted and every time we strayed she pulled us right back to our core of what we wanted. Being out of state, we did not know how comfortable we would feel purchasing a home. Karen would face time, take videos, photos go out numerous times to the same house since there were many times I or my husband were not available. "I don't know that we would have gone through with buying a home without Karen. We met Karen through her sister Kathy, who is my co-worker, about three years ago and hit it off from the start. We knew then that we would use her as our Realtor when we were ready. From the beginning, she was wonderful. She explained the process before we looked at our first home. She was very patient with our questions and crazy requests (oh the things you think are important when you start looking) and truly listened to what was important to us in our home, which by the way, is our first home.
