With over 17 years of experience in the Indianapolis Metro real estate market, Karen Kelly has built a reputation based on trust, integrity, and delivering exceptional results. She has
successfully navigated a wide range of market conditions, helping clients find homes that
perfectly suit their lifestyles or sell their properties with ease. Her success is driven by a portfolio of satisfied clients who appreciate her relentless work ethic and dedication.

Karen’s leadership extends beyond her real estate expertise. She has been a member of the Central Indiana Realtist Association for 7 years. Serving as the Treasure for three years and Vice President for one. She has also served as Treasurer of the Women’s Council of CIRA. Currently, she serves as President of the Central Indiana Realtist Association (CIRA). Her attention to detail and innovative mindset has allowed her to take on pivotal roles, ensuring operational excellence and future-forward initiatives for the organizations she supports.

Karen holds several professional certifications that reflect her commitment to excellence and continuing education. These include the C2EX (Commitment to Excellence) endorsement from the National Association of REALTORS®, MIBOR Master Professional Certification (MPRO), At Home with Diversity (AHWD), Seniors Real Estate Specialist (SRES), and Accredited Buyer’s Representative (ABR). Each of these designations equips her with advanced tools and insight to better serve diverse clients and meet their unique needs.

In addition, Karen is a committed trainer and mentor, where she plays a pivotal role in guiding new agents to success. Her passion for fostering growth in others is reflected in the time she dedicates to her mentees, meeting with them weekly to share knowledge and expertise. Karen also manages the finances for a non-profit organization focused on helping others gain acceptance into union construction apprenticeships, further showcasing her commitment to community empowerment. As a mother of two daughters, Karen has a deep passion for mentoring young adults. What began as casual discussions with her daughters' friends has evolved into regular financial literacy classes and one-on-one sessions. Her goal is to equip young adults with the skills and knowledge necessary to make informed decisions about financial management and, eventually, homeownership.

Karen is a graduate of Indiana State University, where she earned a Bachelor's Degree in
Marketing. A native of Indy’s east side, Karen takes pride in her local roots. She is an active member of Delta Sigma Theta Sorority, Inc. In her free time, enjoys cycling, traveling, and spending quality time with family.
