"Karen Lovett is a fantastic realtor! It took us 8 months from starting to look to closing on a house and she stood by us through all of it. The house we ended up purchasing is fantastic and we are so happy in it. During the search process she must have been to see at least 20 homes with us. She was always on time and always thoughtful about how the property would work for us. She gave good advice about what properties would have good resale value and what would be good choices for a couple our age. She gave excellent advice based on many years in the industry. When it came time to put an offer on a house she was extremely thorough and prompt with talking to the other realtor. She had excellent recommendations for home inspectors, insurance agents, and locksmiths. She came to our inspection, walk-through, and closing. Her office was very prompt and very easy to do paperwork with. I am a surgeon and my fiance is a lawyer and they were able to get us through the purchase and sale without either of us missing a minute of work.
