About Karen
With over 20 years of experience in Real Estate sales I have been in the business of representing and consulting for more than two decades; first, as a talent manager and film producer and then as a Realtor. As a result, I understand what it takes to render quality representation (under, at times, high-pressured circumstances) with the utmost of confidentiality and professionalism. Negotiating the terms of a TV contract or movie deal for an Oscar winner is not that much different from negotiating favorable terms for the purchase or sale of a home.

The transition from film producer to Realtor was a seamless one. By the time I obtained my Real Estate license, I had, along with my husband, restored several homes as a ā€œhobbyā€. Our ā€œdate nightā€ consisted of grabbing a cappuccino at Starbucks and driving the hills in search of teardowns. I soon realized that I knew the market better than my own Realtor and decided to transition into Real Estate full time.

As a direct result of my construction experience, I am more equipped than most to help a Buyer see the potential of what a property can become, as well as what it will take to accomplish it.
