"We moved from a 5 bedroom house to a retirement community in January 2017. Karen was very knowlegeable and she worked hard to arrange every thing so that we got to closing on time. There were many issues that came up that had to be resolved for the sale to go through. I thought I would have to arrange for an electrician and other workmen to come in and Karen said "that is what you have me for." She arranged for all of the workmen to come in to repair things that were noted by the buyers inspector. My wife and I were very pleased with the work that Karen did to help us sell our house.
