If there is a solution to a problem, Karen Matluck and her positive outlook will find it. Matluck, a luxury real estate consultant with Compass Florida, doesn’t take no for an answer when helping buyers and sellers find their place in the world. “I have always believed that a first-time buyer is deserving of as much attention as a second- and third-time buyer,” she says. “Luxury is a state of mind, and I help everyone realize that dream.” Matluck responds quickly to questions, always thinking outside the box. Getting her clients to the right place at the right time has been instrumental to her success, and she “walks and talks” them through multiple listings while giving tips on shopping, restaurants and hidden little gems in the areas they are considering.
