Karen Matuszewski

Since 2001 Karen has been considered a top agent and specialist in the Austin luxury, resort and custom home building real estate markets. In addition to being degreed in custom home construction, Karen has an in-depth knowledge of what it takes to both sell and find homes for discriminating clients. In only four years after obtaining her real estate license, Karen was able to establish herself as a member of Austin's Elite 25 in 2005 and the Institute of Luxury Home Marketing’s Million Dollar Guild. In 2007, Karen was awarded as one of the Top 15 Realtors in Austin according to the Austin Business Journal.

During Karen’s years of experience as a Custom Home Concierge, she worked with clients who needed something that wasn’t available; a trusted advisor who would be with them from lot selection to moving day! Her positions on the Board of Directors and Executive Committee of the Austin Home Builders Association had her working alongside some of the best builders, architects, interior designers and other professionals in the building industry. This experience gives Karen’s clients an edge in the custom home process and provides her with an almost 3-D capability when viewing homes her clients want to build, buy or sell.

Karen lives in the Lake Travis area with her husband Rob and their Pembroke Welsh Corgi “Danzy.” She enjoys boating on Lake Travis, cooking for friends and family and experiencing new places and people through travel.
