About Karen

Karen is a Denver native who knows the city and appreciates it's diverse and interesting neighborhoods. She would like to share her knowledge and would be honored to work with you. She is enthusiastic, honest and fun as well as an expert in real estate, someone who guide you through the whole process of buying or selling.

If you are selling your home, you want someone who knows the market and can help you price your home competitively and guide you on how to prepare it to sell quickly and market it effectively. Her goal is to make the whole process go smoothly and with as little stress as possible

For buyers Karen would work hard to help you find a home you love. She is an expert in negotiation and knows how to write a contract that will appeal to the seller. She really enjoys getting to know her clients and guiding them through the buying process.

Patience, persistence and problem-solving are some skills she learned during her career as a School Social Worker in Denver Public Schools. Those are very useful traits for a realtor. In addition, Karen is a good listener and communicator and wants to put that expertise to use working with you.

On a more personal note – she is married to a DU Law Professor and has two amazing daughters and two very sweet grandchildren. She enjoys living in Colorado and doing all sorts of outdoor activities – hiking, biking, cross-country skiing and long walks in the city. In addition to all that outdoor fun she likes to travel, read, and design and make jewelry, which she has done for the past 20+ years.
