As a fifth-generation Texan, Karen Rivera carries a deep-rooted love for the Lone Star State. She specializes in land, residential, and luxury properties throughout Austin, Dripping Springs, and the greater Hill Country. With more than 15 years of experience across diverse real estate roles, Karen is known for her unwavering commitment to client experience. Grounded in faith and guided by a servant’s heart, she prides herself on aligning with each client’s individual goals while building genuine, lasting relationships.

Karen and her husband, Will, transformed their love for Dripping Springs into a thriving community-focused publication, Dripping Springs City Lifestyle. The luxury-lifestyle magazine highlights the vibrancy of the Hill Country—a region that has seen tremendous growth in recent years. Alongside their work in media, they are passionate supporters of several local non-profits, including Hill Country Rally for Kids, Foster Village, and Burke Center for Youth.

Most recently, Karen launched The Vireo Group, an elevated real estate collective rooted in exceptional service, meaningful connection, and a deep admiration for Hill Country living. Through Vireo, she is building a team that mirrors her values—integrity, hospitality, and a commitment to helping clients live well in one of Texas’ most beautiful regions.

Outside of real estate, Karen enjoys spending time in nature, hiking, traveling, and discovering the many incredible restaurants, wineries, and breweries the Hill Country has to offer. Her proudest title is “Mom,” and she is happiest adventuring with her three boys—Isaac, Cruz, and Zane.
