Karen Stabile | Principal, The Stabile Group
In addition to managing investment properties, Karen built a long and successful career in publishing and advertising. She and Michael founded their first publishing business in 1989, growing it into the largest independent community Yellow Pages publisher in the country, with over 250 titles. She initially led the company’s sales efforts before taking on an executive role, overseeing operations across graphics, promotions, sales, and customer service.
By 2020, Karen was ready for a new professional challenge. With her youngest child having just graduated from Naples High School, she decided to turn her lifelong passion for real estate into a full-time career. Although new to the REALTOR® title, she was anything but new to the business. Her extensive background in real estate investment allowed her to hit the ground running, quickly establishing herself as a top-producing agent.
Over the past 30 years, much of Karen’s life has been devoted to raising her four
children—Andrea, Michael, Vanessa, and Colby. Now, with an empty nest, she has more time to focus on her business, friendships, and philanthropic work. She enjoys entertaining, exploring downtown Naples, and traveling. She is also passionate about giving back to her community through the fundraising event One of Them Nights, an initiative she proudly champions. In recognition of her charitable efforts, Karen was honored as a finalist for the 2024 South Florida Agents’ Choice Award for Charitable Service.

With the formation of The Stabile Group, Karen and her team are focused on growth and expansion. Joining COMPASS and relocating their office to Naples’ prestigious 5th Avenue aligns perfectly with their vision—delivering top-tier concierge service in the luxury real estate market. While Naples and Southwest Florida remain the team’s primary focus, they are also expanding into the Nashville and Boston markets, continuing to serve clients with the same dedication and expertise that have defined Karen’s career.
