Now that I have your attention.. lol
Karen was a joy to work with.. I purchased a townhouse, which was a new build... as you know this can be a daunting adventure.. I had absolutely no idea what to ask...the builders, the financial institutions (by the way I had 3 different people that assisted me with the mortgage) even the design center all have jargon specific to their profession... I was extremely overwhelmed most of the time, but my “BUFFER” was always there to decrease my anxiety... She went to every meeting I had including the design center, she was able to ask questions I never thought about.. I had a crisis in my family and she met the inspector for me.. I can give you multiple examples of assistance she provided but I realize I should be brief ...🤗 Lastly I have to say I entrusted my baby (daughter) with Karen also.. About Karen

Raised in New York, Karen earned her social-work degree in Albany. After a successful healthcare career, she had the privilege of taking time to focus on her young children. She and her husband chose to raise their family in North Carolina for its beauty, industry, diversity, and of course, southern hospitality.

When Karen went back to work she was looking for an exciting career, and she chose her best one yet….. real estate at The Coley Group!
