Karin is a Realtor who leads with heart, bringing a rich background in client advocacy, contract management, and dedicated service to her clients. Her twelve-year career in Healthcare Information Technology, supporting complex contracts and technologies for major institutions like the Cleveland Clinic and the Veterans Health Administration, honed her meticulous attention to detail and unwavering commitment to client success. Karin is genuinely invested in her clients’ journeys and is committed to making a difference beyond the closing table. Through her unique partnership with H.A.L.O. No-Kill Rescue, she pledges to pay the adoption fee for a shelter pet for every client who closes a transaction with her, turning the dream of homeownership into a new beginning for a rescue animal as well.
Originally from Pittsburgh and a long-time resident of Cleveland, Ohio, Karin and her husband, Joe, are now proud to call Sebastian home. They love exploring the local scene, from catching live bands along the river to cheering on their diehard favorite, the Pittsburgh Steelers. Karin and Joe have three adult children, two of whom also live locally. The family is completed by their amazing 82lb rescue labradoodle, Stuart. This passion for family and home extends to her personal goals, as one of her top bucket list items is to help guide her own children through the exciting journey of purchasing their first homes.
