As a Licensed Real Estate Salesperson in a luxury market, Karin brings a combination of real estate expertise, specialized knowledge of aging, and a genuine commitment to serving her clients.

Through Compass Plus, Karin focuses on helping buyers and sellers navigate the opportunities and challenges that come with changing housing and lifestyle needs. Whether considering aging in place, downsizing, relocating to a retirement community, or selling a longtime family home, she believes that every transition deserves patience, careful planning, and personalized attention.

Karin understands that these decisions often involve much more than real estate. They may include family discussions, financial considerations, emotional attachments, and the coordination of trusted professionals. Her goal is to simplify the process, connect clients with valuable resources, and help them move forward with clarity and confidence.

As an active member of the Greenwich community, Karin serves on the board of the Woman's Club of Greenwich and is a member of the Outreach Committee at Christ Church. She is also developing a community education initiative 'Aging Well', designed to encourage meaningful conversations about healthy aging, independence, housing choices and the resources available to older adults.

As a graduate of The George Washington University, her professional background includes experience in the Finance Department of the World Bank and as a Montessori educator, experiences that strengthened her organizational skills, patience and appreciation for individual needs.

Karin believes that growing older means moving into another chapter in life, which needs careful planning while embracing new opportunities with choices and a strong sense of community. She is committed to helping her clients approach their next chapter feeling informed, supported, and empowered.
