"Karinaās enthusiasm for what she does shows each day with how detailed and organized she is in her communication. I bought my place site unseen only via FaceTime and I had complete trust in her. I highly recommend her to help you in any real estate needs you have in the city!" - Tom T.
Karina leads with one core belief: people come first. Originally from LA and now proudly based in San Francisco, sheās built her career on strong relationships ā whether growing her social platforms, managing multi-million dollar influencer campaigns, or now, guiding clients through the monumental process of buying or selling a home.
Her diverse background is her superpower. With roots in briefly studying engineering, a thriving career as a professional photographer (12+ years), and a degree earned from USF in just 3 years, Karina blends analytical thinking, creative strategy, and sharp communication in everything she does. In tech, she managed one of the company's largest global accounts and negotiated high-stakes deals with elite influencers ā earning multiple promotions and the highest client satisfaction rating at her company. That same drive, precision, and people-first approach now fuel her work in real estate.
Karina is known for her clear communication, ability to remain calm under pressure, and genuine care for her clients. She shows up fully, figures things out fast, and makes sure you never feel like "just another transaction". With her, you get a strategic partner, a fierce advocate, and someone whoās truly in your corner ā every step of the way.
Outside of work, youāll find her soaking up the sun with her son (a 13-year-old Shih Tzu mix), weight training at the climbing gym, or jogging through SFās most scenic (and flattest) parks.
