After a 17 year career working as a broker in the stock market, Karl has made the transition into the real estate world. The sales techniques and keen negotiating skills he acquired while working for two major Wall Street firms are incredibly valuable to both sellers and buyers. Impeccable customer service and thinking several steps ahead of the client was paramount to developing his strong business relationships. That’s the same standard he’ll be delivering to both new clients, and his former investment clients now in their real estate endeavors.

Karl has always had a passion for the underground art scene and has painted several murals that were publicly displayed at various locations throughout the five boros of NYC. His artistic eye for color and fresh design, thinking outside the box, incorporating new ideas with the existing architecture of a property has helped him immensely on several interior design projects he’s been commissioned for in the past. This brings incredible value to a seller when staging their apartment, preparing it for the highest sale price possible.

In his spare time you can usually find him cycling along the water from Bay Ridge Brooklyn, up the West Side Highway, and over the GW Bridge into NJ. He’s looking forward to guiding you through the complex real estate process, protecting your interests and having some fun along the way!
