About Karli
After a trip to Denver in college, Karli fell in love with the city and knew she would one day make it her home. She graduated from Florida State University (Go Noles!) in 2018, made the move in 2021, and hasn’t looked back since. Despite earning her degree in Psychology, Karli grew up surrounded by real estate, with her father and grandfather being both home builders, and it didn’t take long for her to follow in their footsteps.
Karli has been part of the real estate industry since 2019, wearing many hats along the way: from social media management to administrative support to stepping into the role of a licensed agent herself. These experiences gave her a 360-degree view of how the industry works and, more importantly, how much value comes from the behind-the-scenes work that keeps transactions running smoothly. Today, as Sarah Clark’s assistant, Karli combines her organizational strengths, eye for detail, and passion for helping people with the rewarding work of guiding clients through one of life’s biggest milestones. She thrives in supporting Sarah and their clients alike, making sure every detail is handled with care so every transaction feels as seamless as possible.
When she’s not helping Sarah and their clients, you can find Karli in her garden obsessing over tomatoes, practicing hand embroidery, or crocheting. She also loves skiing, hiking, exploring new restaurants and breweries, and diving into her latest arts-and-crafts project.
