Originally from the wine country of Northern California, Karlie relocated to middle Tennessee almost three years ago and has been loving every minute. A proud graduate of Cal Poly-San Luis Obispo, she holds a degree in Agricultural Business with a focus in finance and appraisal.
Raised in a family deeply entrenched in the construction industry, Karlie has fostered a lifelong passion for construction, architecture, and design. This has seamlessly translated into her career aspirations, as she eagerly pursues a path in real estate, driven by the desire to help others find their dream homes. Karlie also delves into the world of interior design, seamlessly blending her passions to create spaces that resonate with warmth and aesthetic vision.
In her free time, Karlie enjoys listening to live music, exploring new bars and restaurants, and cherishes moments with her family and golden retriever, Boone. Karlie and her husband eagerly anticipate the arrival of their first baby girl this spring.
