About Karmita
Born and raised in Tampico, Tamaulipas, Mexico, Karmita Ramelli moved to Texas in 2001 to pursue her education and build a career in real estate and construction. Today, she is a bilingual Realtor® with Compass and the co-owner of Ramgo Group, a successful construction and remodeling company with more than a decade of experience.
Fluent in Spanish and English, Karmita serves a diverse clientele and brings a rare dual perspective to her clients—combining real estate expertise with deep construction knowledge. Her background includes working with title companies and large institutional investors, giving her a strong foundation in property acquisition, contracts, and the full lifecycle of residential real estate.
Through Ramgo Group, Karmita has overseen projects ranging from $5,000 renovations to $650,000 construction builds. A major milestone for the company was the successful completion and sale of their first newly built home—marking the beginning of Ramgo Group’s expansion into residential home building. This achievement reflects Karmita’s vision of bridging construction and real estate to better serve homeowners, buyers, and investors alike.
Known for her hands-on approach, Karmita supports clients through every stage of the process—from property search and negotiations to design decisions, renovations, and new construction planning.
