About Kadi

Kadi is a Georgia native who found her way to the Emerald Coast after speeding summers traveling abroad while earning her business administration degree from Northwestern State University. Following a four-year tenure in retail management, she discovered her love for the beautiful homes, diverse relationships, and iconic eclectic energy in the communities of Destin, Miramar, and 30A. The segway into real estate was an organic and exciting next step for her. She joined Spears Group in 2018 where she enjoys helping match people with their perfect beach property - whether building an investment portfolio or finding the perfect home to build lifelong family memories.

Kadi is genuine, honest, and wholly relational, viewing her real estate transactions as personal. “I value my clients as family, and I am deeply vested in taking care of every aspect of their real estate needs!” As a forward thinker, strong networker, and go-getter, she was drawn to the innovative workplace that defines Spears Group. “The team aspect provides a think-tank for learning, growth, and continually honing my skills for best serving clients – which is my ultimate goal.

” In her free time, you'll find Kadi in her element – traveling (New York City and Disney are current favorites), planning events, organizing fundraisers, taking walks on the beach and spending time with her two daughters, who inspire her to be a better human every single day. She enjoys being surrounded by strong, successful women and is dedicated to pouring her skills and knowledge into rising female entrepreneurs as a mentor. She is a frequent volunteer at her girls’ Montessori preschool. “I have the two most beautiful little girls in the world. As girly girls, they are pure joy and sunshine. I want to surround them with role models who will empower them to dream their biggest dreams and model working to achieve those aspirations.”
