Kasey Coats

Kasey’s roots in Dallas run as deep as her family’s ties to real estate. Not only does she come from a long line of Dallas natives, and is one herself; she is a fourth-generation real estate agent in Dallas, following in the footsteps of her successful father and grandparents in the business for many years.

Kasey got her license in 2015 and hit the ground running. She was recognized with the Best Real Estate Agent + Top Producer by D Magazine 2018-2024 and is valued by her clients for her extensive market knowledge. Kasey specializes in all neighborhoods of Dallas, with a focus on luxury properties. Her honesty, transparency, thoroughness and attention to detail are complemented by her creative solutions and on-point negotiating skills that get deals done with ease.

You might say Kasey is a perfect mix of talent. With a BBA Accounting Degree from University of Oklahoma, and a background in IT and finance, she brings much more to the table than the typical realtor. Couple that with her market savvy and dynamic personality, and you have the ideal partner when you’re seeking that special home.

Born and raised in East Dallas, Kasey lived in North Dallas while attending high school at Trinity Christian Academy. Interesting tidbits: Her grandmother grew up in Highland Park, and her great grandfather was the first plastic surgeon in Dallas, who ultimately became the first chief of the then-new Baylor Hospital Department of Plastic Surgery. Kasey also resided in Downtown Dallas, and Oak Lawn/Turtle Creek, where she fell in love with real estate and architecture and decided to follow that path.

Now she happily lives in the historic Cochran Heights section of East Dallas, located in the center of Highland Park, Uptown and Lakewood. Kasey shares her home with her two dogs, Gatsby and Daisy, who she loves spending time with. Her passion for animals inspires to volunteering and donating to animal advocate groups and charities.
