For more than 30 years, I have helped Tri-Valley homeowners prepare, market, and successfully sell their homes while also assisting buyers in finding the right place to call home. My mission is simple: making real estate easier for Tri-Valley homeowners through experience, relationships, and trusted guidance.

Working with Kat has been amazing. As a first-time homebuyer, I did not know what to expect from the home buying process or from an agent. Kat was our guide and advocate through the processes of searching, negotiating, processing paperwork, small renovations, and getting to know the neighborhood.

Financially, some agents might persuade their clients into pricier houses to earn a better commission, but Kat did the opposite. She helped us find a small place in a nice neighborhood for a much lower price than our loan limit. When we unexpectedly had to deal with a tenant staying through our closing date, Kat was a lifesaver contacting the tenant, the seller's agent, and a real estate lawyer to make sure everything ran smooth and that we were legally protected as new owners.
