Her primary markets include Los Angeles, Ojai, Carpinteria, Montecito, and Santa Barbara, where she works closely with families and individuals relocating or repositioning their homes. Kate is known for her nuanced understanding of lifestyle considerations, including both private and public school districts, and for guiding clients through complex decisions with clarity and care.

Her career has been shaped by a longstanding focus on architectural integrity and the belief that a successful home is one that balances beauty, function, and livability. She continues to work with clients in a highly personal, design-forward manner, grounded in long-term perspective.

Raised in a New York film family, Kate transitioned into real estate after a successful career as a producer in New York City and Hollywood. She worked on documentaries focused on art and architecture, as well as commercials and feature films. Her path into real estate began hands-on, buying, remodeling, and selling her own properties. By word of mouth, she soon began advising friends and colleagues in the film industry, organically building a career centered on storytelling, design, and bringing architectural vision to life.
