With this new chapter, the group has expanded its reach to Montecito and Ojai with the addition of Savanna Foor in Hollywood and Santa Van Der Laarse in Montecito.

Kate is a specialist in architectural and historic properties within the Historic & Architecture Division of Compass, covering Los Angeles, Ojai, Carpinteria, and Montecito. Her eye spans the full breadth of Southern California's built heritage, from early Craftsman and Spanish Colonial work to the great Midcentury Modernists and beyond. She works closely with families and individuals navigating layered decisions around lifestyle, schools, and long term fit, guiding each conversation with clarity, care, and honest perspective.
