For more than a decade, Kate has resided in the beautiful city of Bethesda, with its vibrant community and distinct architecture. She has watched the DMV’s rapid progression into a popular place to live and acquired in-depth knowledge of its culture, housing market, and industry trends.

Kate’s first foray into the real estate industry was via her home-staging business. This role helped her develop many skills in areas that prove invaluable to her clients today, including marketing, sales, negotiation, and providing concierge-level service. It takes a committed vision, ambition, and consistency to run a business, especially while raising children –– so it’s a good thing Kate has all three traits in spades. She is proud to have founded two successful businesses, all while being a mother.

Since getting her license, Kate has focused on serving Montgomery County and its surrounding communities. There is nothing she loves more than helping her clients find the house that speaks to them, a safe place where they’ll make countless memories and spend hours with their loved ones. Kate is an active individual who is always busy with one sport or another. If she’s not playing golf, you might find her on the tennis courts. She seems to have passed her athletic gene to her two teenage kids, as they are both heavily involved in everything from hockey to lacrosse. Whenever they’re on the field, you can guarantee that Kate is cheering them on from the stands.

Also included in Kate’s family pictures are her two beloved dogs, a golden retriever and a yellow lab. Kate is a big animal lover and volunteers a significant portion of her free time to local animal welfare organizations.
