As a United States Naval Academy and military spouse, Kate is well-versed in relocation and military PCS, making her an ideal partner for those in the military community. A four-year NCAA Division I swimmer at Clemson University, she is no stranger to hard work and dedication. As a collegiate student-athlete, Kate was a tremendous competitor and teammate. Kate brings that same energy and enthusiasm to working with buyers, sellers, and colleagues. She is a proud member of the NCAA Athletes of Compass group as well. 

This college football fanatic is frequently spotted around town wearing orange in support of her Clemson Tigers. Of course, you can also find her cheering on the Navy Midshipmen in all sports, especially Navy Swimming. A Maryland native from Woodbine, Kate currently lives in Annapolis with her husband Mark, son Sam, daughter Maggie, and Clover the standard poodle.
