Kate Otto

As a native Coloradan, I am passionate about helping people build wealth through real estate, whether buying, selling or investing. I grew up in Arvada and graduated from Pomona High School. From there, I headed to Chicago to get my B.A and M.Ed.. in Elementary Education and Curriculum & Instruction. After teaching with Chicago Public Schools for six years, I felt unfulfilled and began to question my career path. Then, after my dad abruptly passed away, I was compelled to reflect on the life I really wanted to live. I decided to make a change in my career and my life because I didn’t want to look back with regret. My husband and I started a family, we moved back to Colorado to be closer to my mom, and I began to pursue my career in real estate, which is what I’d always wanted to do, but had been too scared to pursue.

With the hard work and planning that defined my education and teaching, I quickly became one of the office’s top producers, closing 16 transactions in my first year and earning “Rookie of the Year.” I’ve continued to increase my business year-over-year and consistently remain one of Denver’s top producing real estate brokers.

I pride myself on providing concierge-level service and representing you in a professional manner. My goal is to represent you with honesty and integrity and to get you into your new home as smoothly as possible. I believe that life is all about building and sustaining relationships, and working in real estate is no exception.
