Kate Quintard is a real estate agent with the Upstate Curious Team at Compass, specializing in distinctive homes throughout the Hudson Valley and Catskills. After spending a decade in New York City real estate, she has focused exclusively on the upstate market since 2022, helping buyers and sellers navigate everything from historic farmhouses and design-forward renovations to luxury country estates, weekend homes, and investment properties.
With a Bachelor of Fine Arts in Design from the Savannah College of Art and Design (SCAD), Kate brings a trained eye for architecture, interiors, and storytelling to every listing she represents. Kate’s passion for design extends beyond real estate. She founded her first business, Local Honey, in 2015 and renovated her first Catskills Airbnb in 2017, experiences that shaped her deep understanding of renovation potential, investment properties, and what buyers are truly looking for in an upstate home.
