Hello and welcome to Nashville. My name is Kate Webster, and if you're here, you're probably craving something special for your next season. I know exactly what that feels like from when I moved to Nashville for the very first time, and then again as I have relocated to different homes within the city.

In 2010, I came to Nashville thinking I'd stay for just the summer. Now, more than 15 years later, I'd like to think I'm still enjoying one beautiful, extended Nashville summer.

I've spent much of that time building my wonderful real estate practice and helping people just like you buy, sell, and relocate throughout this town. My goal for my clients is simple: I want to help you buy or sell your next home at the best possible price, in the timeframe you want, with the least amount of stress.

I specialize in Nashville's urban and suburban walkable neighborhoods. I'm currently a resident of the Germantown neighborhood and have also lived in or near Music Row, Hillsboro Village, 12South, and Sylvan Park. Before my real estate days, I was all over Williamson County (Franklin, TN) so I know that area well too. Importantly, I know what it's like to be a transplant and I know what it's like to feel rooted here too.

Clients know me for being proactive, candid, resourceful, and well-connected. Whether that means uncovering an off-market opportunity, making the call others haven't made, navigating a difficult negotiation with a level head, or introducing a newcomer to the people and places that will make this town feel like home, I believe great representation goes far beyond simply opening doors.

With more than 10 years of full-time real estate experiece and nearly 200 families placed in the right homes, I'm still ever-sharpening my craft and deepening my connections to the benefit of my clients.

Beyond real estate sales, I've served on the Historic Germantown Neighborhood Board, served as my local HOA president, and taught real estate classes at my local brokerage. I'm a graduate of IntroNashville, Nashville Young Leaders Council, and the Greater Nashville REALTORS® Leadership Academy. I've also spent time volunteering with organizations including Crossroads Campus, Second Harvest Food Bank, The American Red Cross, Habitat for Humanity, YoungLife, and Aerial Recovery Group.

Outside of work and volunteering, you better believe I love to have fun! From dancing like a fool at the YMCA, hosting wine nights at the dining table I built with my own hands, to chasing my three adorable children, to practicing Spanish, or jogging on the local greenway, I'll be the first to say hi to you and help you get going where you need to go.
