Since entering real estate in 2017, Katelyn has been involved in more than $350 million in real estate sales, including over $250 million in luxury home development and sales, as well as a diverse range of investment and new construction projects throughout the South Bay and along the Southern California coastline.

Her experience extends well beyond the traditional real estate transaction. Having worked closely with leading residential agents, investors, builders, and developers, Katelyn brings a nuanced perspective to every opportunity, from a first home or coastal retreat to a significant luxury sale or investment acquisition.

Katelyn’s experience includes one of her most notable projects to date: a $14 million ground-up, multi-unit development in Manhattan Beach, where she was involved from demolition through completion and full tenancy. The project became the largest multi-unit new construction apartment building in Manhattan Beach in more than 25 years.
