Katie Beloberk

Katie was born and raised in the quaint town of Loomis, Ca, a rural community just north of Sacramento. Her parents established a construction company in Loomis in the late 70's, giving her a strong foundation and understanding of what it takes to build a home from the ground up. Between her family's support of the local community and their background in the housing industry, Katie had a strong desire to start her own career in the field. 

Katie earned her real estate license in 2012, and has built a successful referral based business in the Sacramento Region, specifically Placer County. She continues to live in Loomis with her husband and two children, and has a great passion for her real estate career. Living in Loomis her whole life, she is an expert in the area and is able to offer her clients keen insight on all of the surrounding communities. She has experience in selling all types of homes, from fixers to luxury, urban to rural, and first time purchases to seasoned investors.

Her goal isn't just to sell homes. She prides herself in connecting with her clients, hearing their needs, and doing everything she can to make their goals and dreams come to fruition. Her clients often say that they felt like they were her only client because of the dedication and focus they received while working with her. 

Katie's successes have earned her the honor of being named the 2022 Loomis Best of the Best REALTOR®, recognition as a top producer and Lifetime Member of the Placer County Master's Club Association, recognition as a Sacramento Top 500 Real Producer, and the national Five Star Award.
