About Katherine
I am a native of North Carolina, a longtime resident of Chapel Hill, and a graduate of UNC. My deep-rooted connection to the Tar Heel state that drives my passion for real estate.

My approach is marked by a commitment to my clients, whether they are selling to
start new adventures, buying their first home, or buying a dream home. Past clients have commended me for my patience, persistence and attentive listening to their needs.

As a luxury real estate specialist, I have listed and sold a number of Chapel Hill and Orange County's historic properties, by offering expert guidance to clients navigating the complexities of buying and selling homes. My clients have bought and sold homes and condominiums in Chapel Hill, Carrboro, Durham, Hillsborough, Pittsboro and Chatham County, and Raleigh and Wake County.

I reside in Chapel Hillā€™s East Franklin-Rosemary Historic District with my husband, enjoying daily walks on the scenic UNC campus and engagement with the Triangle's
vibrant artistic and cultural scene. As an avid reader and gardener, I value both
knowledge and nature.

With my local expertise about the Triangle and my dedication to my clients, I can serve as an invaluable resource for navigating our region's property landscape.

Past employment in other arenas includes work in university advancement at Duke University and UNC-Chapel Hill. In addition, I have 20+ years of experience as a writer and editor for a number of university schools and departments, the business community, health and medical journals, and parent and family publications.

My work as a community volunteer has primarily focused on historic preservation, volunteer service to the Episcopal Church. and social justice issues.
