"Katherine was amazing and she made it possible to get our dream house. Without a doubt, she is the best realtor we ever had. Home buying process in the Seattle area is really stressful and you want to have the best realtor to navigate through the process. Katherine acted more like a close friend than a realtor and she always had our best interest at heart. She is really passionate about her job and truly cares about her customers. Katherine always answered the phone or called us back within 5 minutes (that was lightning fast which we had never experienced before). This gave us an upper hand when we were searching for houses in this crazy market in the Seattle area. She always tried to start a good relationship with the seller’s agent from the beginning as it helped us to get valuable insights about other potential buyers and understand the seller's priorities. She provided good comps every time and gave us space to make our own decision about the purchase price. She never tried to push us to change our offer price with unreasonable data. Katherine worked tirelessly till the seller accepted our offer. She submitted our final offer around 10:30pm on a Saturday night and pushed the seller to accept the offer by 7am on a Sunday to increase our chances and not provide an opportunity for other potential buyers to put in offers. That helped us to get our dream house in just three offers which is very uncommon here. Speed, strategic thinking and gathering all the relevant data make the difference when you are searching houses in one of the most competitive markets in the country.
