Katherine Sundby

Katherine is a true Southerner, complete with a big heart, warm personality, and infectious spirit. Her relationships are deep-seated, built on loyalty, joy, and inclusiveness and her genuine compassion radiates through everything Katherine touches – specifically her heart for the philanthropic community of Dallas. Due to her conviction for the betterment of Dallas, Katherine is involved with the youth-based organizations that Elizabeth Toon Charities supports, The First Tee of Greater Dallas and she serves Highland Park United Methodist Church, where she is an active member. Katherine’s passion for helping others combined with her eye for detail and her extensive Dallas network have led her to real estate.

Katherine uprooted from South Carolina and moved to Dallas 14 years ago to attend Southern Methodist University, where she majored in Journalism with a minor in Psychology. Since her arrival in Dallas, Katherine has resided in some of Dallas’s most exciting neighborhoods including Oaklawn, the Park Cities, and Lakewood.

Along with being a part of Jenny Wood Group, Katherine is the Co-Executive Director of Elizabeth Toon Charities and is formerly the Director of Business Development at The First Tee of Greater Dallas. Whether it’s finding your new home, fundraising or planning a major event, Katherine’s attention to detail, organized nature and goal-oriented mindset drives her success and the satisfaction of her clients and sponsors alike.
