About Kate

Hi! My name is Kate Gentry-Roan and I am an agent with Compass. As an Army Brat who has had the opportunity to move all over the U.S. and Europe, I am so thankful to be able to call Baltimore home.

I graduated from Ohio University with a major in Sociology-Criminology and worked as a Case Manager at a halfway house for several years. A large part of my job was finding housing for inmates and I had many opportunities to meet real estate professionals. When I was offered an internship with a local real estate company I fell in love. When I made the jump to Real Estate full time, I realized that I was able to still serve my community as well as offer support and guidance to people.

Having lived in Hampden and Brewer's Hill, and now living down in Belvedere Square, I love getting to explore what Baltimore has to offer. If you see me and my pups, Finn and Vann, walking around feel free to say hi!
